Acceptable Use
Use the API responsibly.
Effective: July 28, 2026 · Version: 2026-07-28
This policy forms part of the SolTrench Terms. SolTrench API is for lawful, authorised developer infrastructure use. You must use only accounts, wallets, systems, and information you are authorised to access and must comply with laws and restrictions that apply to you.
Prohibited Activity
- Collecting or transmitting private keys, seed phrases, or unauthorized wallet credentials.
- Using the API for fraud, phishing, theft, spam, market manipulation, wash trading, deceptive promotion, or other unlawful or abusive trading conduct.
- Bypassing or attempting to bypass rate limits, quotas, authentication, security controls, account restrictions, or blocked-country controls.
- Using the service in breach of applicable sanctions, export controls, court orders, or restrictions imposed by a competent authority.
- Reselling, sharing, or relaying access in a way that conceals an end user, source, wallet, or prohibited use, or allows another person to use an invitation or credential issued only to you.
- Interfering with service availability or another user; introducing malware; scraping or probing beyond documented interfaces; or load, stress, denial-of-service, or security testing without written permission.
- Impersonating SolTrench, misrepresenting affiliation with SolTrench or Pump.fun, or using SolTrench branding to obtain wallet access, signatures, approvals, credentials, or funds.
Geographic Eligibility
The closed beta is directed outside the United Kingdom. Anyone currently located in or ordinarily resident in the United Kingdom is ineligible. Users must provide truthful residence and location declarations and must not use a VPN, proxy, invitation, third party, or inaccurate information to evade a geographic restriction. Guernsey, Jersey, and the Isle of Man are also excluded under the conservative beta policy. An invitation does not override eligibility.
Protect Users And Credentials
Do not design an integration that asks users to reveal wallet secrets, disguises what they are signing, changes a requested asset or amount without clear authorisation, or represents an unsigned payload as safe, final, or guaranteed. Keep API keys out of public code and rotate or revoke a key if exposure is suspected.
Enforcement
SolTrench may throttle, refuse, suspend, or revoke access where it reasonably believes this policy, the Terms, a legal requirement, or a security control has been breached. Where appropriate, SolTrench may preserve relevant records or refer conduct to a provider or competent authority. To report abuse or ask for review of an enforcement decision, email abuse@soltrench.io.
