SolTrench is the trading name used by the individual UK operator of this pre-revenue, invite-only beta. It is not a registered company and does not accept customer payments.

SolTrench API provides non-custodial developer infrastructure for building unsigned Solana transaction payloads and streaming public market data. SolTrench does not provide financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. SolTrench is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by Pump.fun or any other venue referenced in compatibility documentation.

Agreement And Capacity

These Terms govern access between you and the individual UK operator trading as SolTrench. By requesting access, accepting these Terms through the wallet-ownership flow, obtaining an API key, or using the service, you agree to the version identified on this page. If you act for another person or organisation, you confirm that you have authority to bind them. You must be at least 18 and legally capable of entering this agreement.

Eligibility And Geographic Availability

This invite-only closed beta and any promotion of it are directed outside the United Kingdom and must not be acted upon by anyone currently located in or ordinarily resident in the United Kingdom. Before account activation, an applicant must truthfully self-certify a country of residence, confirm that they are not currently located in or ordinarily resident in the United Kingdom, and accept the exact Terms and eligibility-policy versions included in the wallet-ownership message.

Applicants whose country of residence is the United Kingdom (represented by the GB country code) are ineligible. As a conservative business-policy decision for this beta, applicants in Guernsey, Jersey, and the Isle of Man are also ineligible. Those Crown Dependencies are not described here as legally part of the United Kingdom. An invitation does not override these restrictions, and no operator may silently waive them.

IP geolocation and self-certification cannot perfectly detect VPN, proxy, travel, or residence facts. Users must not use a VPN, proxy, inaccurate declaration, or another method to evade a geographic restriction. Invite review and these declarations are eligibility controls; SolTrench does not claim that this closed-beta process is full know-your-customer verification.

What SolTrench Provides

The service may provide public-market data, event streams, transaction-status information, and unsigned transaction payloads based on parameters supplied by you. Features, supported assets, methods, quotas, and upstream sources may change during beta. Documentation forms part of the service description but does not create a service-level commitment.

Non-Custodial And Local-Signing Boundary

SolTrench does not receive or safeguard wallet private keys, seed phrases, or customer cryptoassets. It does not sign or broadcast the transaction payloads it returns. You independently decide whether to use a payload, review and simulate it, sign it in your own environment, choose an RPC or submission route, broadcast it, and monitor the result. A wallet-ownership message used for account access is not a transaction or token approval.

No Advice Or Recommendation

Data, compatibility information, examples, status messages, transaction payloads, and benchmark evidence are provided as developer infrastructure. They are not advice, a recommendation, an invitation to acquire a particular asset, an assurance that an asset or transaction is lawful or safe, or a promise of profit. SolTrench does not act as your broker, agent, adviser, fiduciary, exchange, custodian, or counterparty.

Trading And Technology Risks

Cryptoassets and blockchain transactions involve a substantial risk of loss. Tokens may be fraudulent, malicious, unaudited, illiquid, highly volatile, or impossible to sell. Transactions may fail, be delayed, expire, be reordered, execute at an unfavourable price, suffer slippage or value extraction, or interact with unexpected accounts or programs. Simulation, validation, status tracking, a successful RPC response, or a matching trade event does not guarantee confirmation, finality, economic outcome, token safety, or recovery.

You are solely responsible for your strategy, wallet security, transaction parameters, priority fees, RPC provider, submission path, tax position, regulatory status, and compliance with laws applicable to you. Never sign a payload you do not understand. You should be able to lose the full amount committed to any transaction.

Third-Party Services

SolTrench depends on independent blockchains, RPC providers, data providers, wallets, token programs, and venues. Their availability, rules, contracts, data, and behaviour are outside SolTrench's control. Your use of a third party may be governed by separate terms. Compatibility does not mean affiliation, endorsement, approval, security review, or availability.

Your Account And Security

You must provide accurate eligibility information, protect API keys and wallet access, use only accounts and wallets you are authorised to control, and notify SolTrench promptly of suspected compromise. API keys are scoped to the linked account and must not be published, shared with unauthorised users, or embedded in software delivered to untrusted parties.

Access

API keys are scoped, metered, and may be limited, paused, or revoked to protect the service, comply with law, enforce geographic eligibility, or investigate abuse. Access remains invitation-only, and a current versioned eligibility acceptance is required for account and API-key use. Self-service customer payments are not enabled during the closed beta. Current credits are operator-managed entitlements. Any future paid offering will disclose its active pricing and refund terms before purchase.

Acceptable Use

The Acceptable Use Policy effective July 28, 2026 forms part of these Terms. You may not use the service unlawfully, evade geographic restrictions, breach applicable sanctions, manipulate markets, mislead users, attack infrastructure, collect wallet secrets, or facilitate fraud, phishing, malware, or abusive token promotion. A material change to that policy will also receive a new Terms version.

Beta Availability And Changes

The service is experimental and supplied without a service-level agreement. It may be incomplete, inaccurate, interrupted, rate-limited, changed, suspended, or withdrawn. SolTrench may alter endpoints or documentation, refuse an invitation, revoke compromised credentials, or suspend access where reasonably necessary for security, capacity, legal compliance, eligibility enforcement, or abuse prevention.

Material Terms changes will receive a new version. Where continued use requires acceptance, the account flow will require the current version before access resumes. Continuing to use a non-materially changed service after notice takes effect means you accept that change.

Intellectual Property And API Licence

SolTrench and its licensors retain rights in the service, software, documentation, branding, and original content. Subject to these Terms, you receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access the beta API and use its outputs for your authorised application. This does not transfer rights in third-party protocols, public blockchain data, or open-source components, which remain subject to their own terms and licences.

Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available.” SolTrench does not warrant uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, data completeness, fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, non-infringement, transaction execution, confirmation, profitability, or the security or legality of a token, venue, wallet, RPC provider, or customer application. Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty or right that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Liability

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be limited. Subject to that sentence and to the fullest extent permitted by law, SolTrench is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profit, lost opportunity, loss of data, token-value changes, failed or unintended transactions, third-party conduct, or loss arising from credentials, wallets, RPC providers, networks, or venues outside its reasonable control.

Because this beta is free, SolTrench's total aggregate liability arising from the beta will not exceed £100. This cap applies across all claims connected with the service and does not apply where a limitation is prohibited by law.

Responsibility For Claims

You are responsible for losses and reasonable costs caused by your unlawful use, deliberate misuse, breach of another person's rights, or material breach of these Terms. SolTrench will take reasonable steps to reduce avoidable loss and will not seek recovery to the extent a claim was caused by SolTrench.

Termination

You may stop using the service at any time and may request account closure. Provisions intended to survive termination—including intellectual-property, disclaimer, liability, governing-law, and accrued-rights provisions—continue to apply. Account closure does not reverse public blockchain activity or require deletion where retention remains legally necessary, as explained in the Privacy Notice.

Transfer Of The Business

SolTrench may transfer this agreement to a successor that operates the service, including a newly incorporated SolTrench company, provided the transfer does not materially reduce your rights. You will be notified of the new operator and any required re-acceptance before it takes effect.

Governing Law

These Terms and non-contractual disputes are governed by the law of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except where mandatory law gives you a right to bring a claim elsewhere. If part of these Terms is unenforceable, the remainder continues in effect. A delay in enforcing a right is not a waiver.

Privacy

The Privacy Notice explains how SolTrench processes personal information. The public site currently uses no advertising or analytics trackers and sets no browser cookies.
