SolTrench API is closed-beta, non-custodial developer infrastructure for streaming public Pump.fun market events and building unsigned Pump.fun or exact-in WSOL-quoted PumpSwap transaction payloads. Self-service payments are not enabled, and SolTrench is not accepting customer payments during this release.

SolTrench is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by Pump.fun or any other venue referenced in compatibility documentation.

Beta access and related promotions are directed outside the United Kingdom and must not be acted upon by anyone currently located in or ordinarily resident in the United Kingdom. Guernsey, Jersey, and the Isle of Man are also excluded under the conservative beta business policy; this does not describe those Crown Dependencies as legally part of the United Kingdom.

General, Account, And Privacy Support

Eligible applicants outside the excluded jurisdictions may ask about closed-beta access. For access questions, general questions, account help, or privacy requests, email support@soltrench.io.

Do not send identity documents, a residential address, or other unnecessary personal information. The current onboarding flow uses country self-certification and versioned eligibility acceptance; it does not claim to perform full know-your-customer verification.

Security Reports

To report a suspected vulnerability or security issue, email security@soltrench.io.

Abuse Reports

To report fraud, phishing, impersonation, misuse, or other abuse involving SolTrench, email abuse@soltrench.io.

Keep Secrets Private

Never send seed phrases, private keys, wallet keypair files, or API keys by email. SolTrench does not need those secrets to investigate a support, security, privacy, or abuse report.

SolTrench support will not ask you to move funds, approve a token, or sign a transaction. Website sign-in uses only the human-readable wallet-ownership message displayed before you choose Sign Message. Before connecting a wallet, verify that the address bar shows exactly soltrench.io; API calls use api.soltrench.io.

Response Times

Messages are reviewed as capacity allows during the closed beta. SolTrench does not promise a response time.
